Our roots,

Our story begins among the majestic trunks of our olive trees, caressed by the winds that sweep between the Calabrian mountains and the sea. It is here that our family learned to listen to the rhythms of the land, to recognise the precise moment when the olives are ready for harvest, and to respect nature’s slower pace.
Over the years, we have consciously chosen never to surrender to the logic of mass production.
Instead, we have dedicated ourselves to the meticulous care of every single tree, to early harvesting, and to accepting lower yields in exchange for uncompromising chemical and organoleptic quality.
Each ATTIQUA bottle encapsulates the pride of our origins, the toil of the land and the joy of a new pressing.
